COL•COA is proud to support a new generation of foreign film viewers

Dear Teachers,

You and your students are cordially invited to attend a premiere screening of a brand new French film during the 14th annual COL•COA Festival, “A Week of French Film Premieres in Hollywood” (April 19-25, 2010, www.colcoa.org).

The film will be selected by March 2010 at the latest and will be presented in French with English subtitles. Depending on availability, you will be able to choose between four screenings of the same film from Tuesday April 20th to Friday April 23rd, 2010. All screenings will take place at 10:00 am in the theater complex of the Directors Guild of America, located at 7920 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90046. The session is expected to last 2 hours and 30 minutes, which includes a Q/A session with the filmmakers, based on their availability.
This screening is open to all high school teachers and their students in the greater Los Angeles area. The selected film will suit American audiences, and will be appropriate for youth, ages 15 and older. Admission is free. Each school will be responsible for transportation of its students and insurance issues pertaining to this off-campus field trip.

Please reserve now by contacting us at school@colcoa.org
Mention the day you wish to attend and how many students plan to attend with you.
